This training is designed to enable internal auditors and service champions grasp the key principles and practices of effective QMS and ITSMs audits in line with ISO 20000, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011 "Guidelines for auditing management systems". Using a step-by-step approach, delegates will be guided through the entire audit process from initiation to follow-up.

Furthermore, they will develop the knowledge and skill required to conduct a full audit of the companys Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001:2015. Candidates will also participate in reviewing all VDT procedures and coming up with new audit checklist for effect audit in the year 2018. 

Delegates will also gain the confidence to effectively audit a QMS in accordance with internationally recognized best practice techniques.
